The room we had was spacious, featuring a cozy bed and complimentary coffee.

Easy access to bus lines and metro once you figure out routes. I had booked a triple for me, my wife, mother, and 5 year old twins thinking we could make it work. Hotel wasn't too thrilled about that when we first checked in as apparently that is not how it works in Rome, but hotel ultimately accomodated us and brought an extra bed to the room to make us more comfortable. Decent buffet breakfast. For a family on a budget I would recommend this hotel.
Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but otherwise the norm for most of the "non-tourist" areas of rome...at least from my perspective. A lot of graphity in the area.

Breakfast with nutella, pastries, panoramic view. Magnificent and unbeatable location with an underground station walking distance to the hotel.

Thr hotel staff was helpfull. I enjoyed the breakfast.
Misleading information about the closeness to Termini-it was a huge exaggeration.

Great and positive staff!!!
Wonderful old-fashioned hotel, nice views of the garden. Marvellous location in a very quiet area, near the main tourist sites in Rome and San Lorenzo, near the area of Termini Station and main Railway station. Great food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity.

We liked this gorgeous hotel with highly qualified and very amiable staff on the reception desk. Booked a room with single beds. - Location: the venue was next to the train station for the on. - We stayed for 1 night here, loved San Lorenzo district.

app 15 minutes walk from train station through a rundown area. Though rated as 4 star services anf facilities are worst then 2 star. Hotel looked very old and poorly decorated. Rooms were stuffy and AC not working. Bathroom did not had exhaust fan. Locker in the room was also not working. Decor of the room was horrible. Very over priced. Will not recommend anybody even for half price.

Impeccably clean, light and airy. Nicely decorated interior with lovely patio garden. All staff friendly and helpful.
Would have preferred it if hotel cold have been a little closer to town as didn't feel quite so safe walking around at night - but can't change location.

the breakfast was good value, the location was reasonable and the staff once they got to know you were very helpful
location was a bit out of the main centre and no coffee/tea making facilities in room
